c orrer with thermal break

CT System
Sliding system with RPT - 60 mm

System features

Aluminum system with thermal break for sliding spans.

Aluminum profiles

The aluminum profiles are extruded in the 6060 aluminum alloy for architecture according to standard NP EN 12020-02.
Profiles with thermal break are obtained by inserting 6.6 mm polyamide insulating rods reinforced with 25% glass fiber.
Versatile thermal rupture system with perimetral frames and leaves or straight cut called Benelux, it is the system indicated for the
innovative architectural solutions of today.
Average thickness of aluminum profiles of 1.5 mm.

Fixed rims

Section of the fixed perimeter frame with 2 60 mm guides for mounting in a miter;
Profiles with thermal break obtained by inserting 14.6 mm or 18 mm polyamide insulating rods;
Lower sliding guide profile in 304 stainless steel or polyamide, to prevent wear of the parts.

Movable hoops

Section of 33.1 mm perimeter mobile rims for half-frame assembly;
Filling from 18 mm to 26 mm;
Mobile hoops with straight or curved lines with or without bite;
Tightness ensured by TPE and / or Sin-Feal plush gasket.

Dimensioning and maneuverability

Maximum weight of 150 kg per sheet (with 2 double bearings);
Opening possibilities: 2, 3, 4 and 6 sheets with movable and / or fixed sheets;
Double oscillating bearing with regulation;
Stainless needle bearings with tempered rectified shaft and replacement is possible without disassembly of the sheet;
Exterior support with cataphoresis treatment (anti-corrosive);
Opening of the opening with side closing or multi-point hardware with 2 or 4 closing points.

Performances

System certified by the notified laboratory of the initial type test (ITT) according to the product standard EN 14351-1 for the purposes of CE Marking.

Categories achieved in the evaluation of the CT typology window system:
1. Air permeability: Class 3 (test standard EN 1026)
2. Water tightness: Class 7A (test standard EN 1027)
3. Wind resistance: Class C5 (test standard EN 12211)

Categories achieved in the evaluation of the CT typology door system:
1. Air permeability: Class 4 (test standard EN 1026)
2. Water tightness: Class 7A (test standard EN 1027)
3. Wind resistance: Class C2 (test standard EN 12211)

Thermal transmission coefficient of 2 sheets with 1.80 mx 2.20 m with glass Ug = 1.0 W / m2K with interlayer "Warm Edge" effect:
• Uw = 1.91 W / m2K

2-sheet span acoustic attenuation coefficient with 6/14 / 33.1 acoustic glass:
• Rw (C; Ctr) = 34 dB (-1; -6)

Application areas according to RCCTE (depending on the Ug value): I1, I2, I3, V1, V2, V3;
