C ORRER with thermal break

CW system
Sliding system with RPT - 105 mm

System features

Aluminum system with thermal break to execute sliding spans.

Aluminum profiles

The aluminum profiles are extruded in the 6060 aluminum alloy for architecture according to standard NP EN 12020-02.
Profiles with thermal break obtained by insertion of 6.6 mm polyamide insulating rods reinforced with 25% fiberglass.
30 mm on fixed rims and 14.6 mm on mobile rims.
Average thickness of aluminum profiles of 1.5 mm.

Fixed rims

Section of the fixed perimeter frame with 2 105 mm guides for half-frame assembly;
Lower sliding guide profile in AISI 304 stainless steel to prevent wear of the parts.

Movable hoops

Section of 48 mm perimeter mobile rims with half-frame assembly;
Filling from 4 to 36 mm;
Straight-line movable hoops with or without bite or with reduced bite;
Straight bites;
Tightness ensured by joints in EPDM and plush type Fin-Seal.

Dimensioning and maneuverability

Minimum dimensions - maximum sheets: 300 mm - 2500 mm (W); 350 mm - 2675 mm (H);
Maximum weight of 200 kg per sheet (with 2 double bearings);
Typologies of 2, 3, 4 and 6 movable and / or fixed sheets;
Typologies of sliding Galandage of 1 or 2 leaves;
Double oscillating bearing with regulation;
Needle roller bearings in stainless steel with ground tempered shaft being possible to replace without disassembling the sheet;
Exterior support with cataphoresis treatment (anti-corrosive);
Opening of the gap with side locking or multi-point hardware with 2 or 4 locking points;
Deviated handles (left or right) for multi-point hardware allowing greater ease of opening;
Possibility of applying medium-sized lifting hardware;
Specific handle for lifting hardware to facilitate opening and closing maneuvers;
There is the option of double handle with cannon placement with a key to allow the opening of the gap from the outside.

Performances

System certified by notified laboratory for Initial Type Tests (ITT) according to the product standard EN 14351-1 for the purposes
CE marking.

Categories achieved in the evaluation of the CW system typology window:
1. Air permeability: Class 3 (test standard EN 1026)
2. Water tightness: Class 7A (test standard EN 1027)
3. Wind resistance: Class C5 (test standard EN 12211)

Categories achieved in the evaluation of the door type CW system:
1. Air permeability: Class 3 (test standard EN 1026)
2. Water tightness: Class 6A (test standard EN 1027)
3. Wind resistance: Class B3 (test standard EN 12211)

Categories achieved in the assessment of the CW system type lift gate:
1. Air permeability: Class 4 (test standard EN 1026)
2. Water tightness: Class 7A (test standard EN 1027)

Category achieved in determining resistance to repeated opening and closing (5000 cycles): Class 1 (EN 1191)

Coefficient of thermal transmission of span of 2 sheets with 4.0 mx 2.4 m with glass Ug = 0.7 W / m2K, with interim "Warm" effect
Edge ":
• Uw = 1.48 W / m2K

Acoustic attenuation coefficient of 2-sheet span with acoustic glass 6/16 / 44.1:
• Rw (C; Ctr) = 34 dB (-1; -6)

Application areas according to RCCTE (depending on the Ug value): I1, I2, I3, V1, V2, V3.
