System features

Aluminum system with thermal break to execute sliding spans with a minimalist concept.

Aluminum profiles

The aluminum profiles are extruded in the 6060 aluminum alloy for architecture according to standard NP EN 12020-02.
Profiles with thermal break obtained by insertion of 6.6 mm polyamide insulating rods reinforced with 25% fiberglass.
14.6 mm on fixed rims and 18 mm on mobile rims.
Average thickness of 2.0 mm aluminum profiles.

Fixed rims

Section of 120 mm fixed perimeter frame with bi-rail for miter assembly;
Possibility of applying interior or exterior trim;
Aluminum bottom sliding guide profile with high performance double bearings in 316 stainless steel.

Movable hoops

Section of the movable rings of very reduced view of straight cut by assembly by clipping;
Double insulating glass with secondary silicone sealing from 32.4 mm to 32.8 mm in total thickness, composed of types of glass
tempered or thermosetting exterior and thermoset or tempered laminated interior glass;
Polymer trough glued around the perimeter of the insulating glass with black structural silicone;
Recommended structural silicones: Dow Corning 791 black or Sikasil SG20 black;
Reinforced mobile rims of contemporary line for high dimensioning.

Minimum dimensions - maximum sheets: 300 mm - 3000 mm (W); 500 mm - 3000 mm (H);
Maximum weight of 300 kg per sheet;
Typologies of 2, 3 or 4 movable and / or fixed sheets;
Possibility of opening in corner;
Sliding system of minimalist concept with sliding of the sheets on the aluminum profile made with steel bearings
high performance stainless steel for easy opening of the span even with extreme weight or dimension configurations;
Typologies of spans with more than 95% brightness;
Air permeability and water tightness ensured through the latest generation plush and joins in quality EPDM
maritime;
Multipoint hardware with several closing points and easy to apply and adjust;
Multipoint hardware with micro-ventilation included in all closing points;

System certified by notified laboratory for Initial Type Tests (ITT) according to the product standard EN 14351-1 for the purposes
CE marking.
