System features

Stop system with thermal break with high thermal and acoustic performance.

The AKI system allows the execution of 5 versions of frames:

  • Straight line

  • Curved line

  • Tradition line

  • Oval line

  • 3D Hidden Sheet

Aluminum profiles

The aluminum profiles are extruded in the 6060 aluminum alloy for architecture in accordance with standard NP EN 12020-02;

Thermal rupture obtained by inserting 39mm omega-type polyamide insulating rods, reinforced with 25% glass fiber;

Average thickness of aluminum profiles of 1.5 mm for windows and 1.7 mm for doors

Fixed rims

Section of fixed hoops of 75 mm or 99.5 mm with triple chamber;

Fixed rims with double squares for half-frame assembly;

Traditional fixed rings for the domestic market;

Fixed rims with external clip and 25 mm or 45 mm straight flap;

Fixed rims with outer and inner clip for applying 30 mm finish.

Movable hoops

Section of 83 mm movable hoops with triple camera;

Filling for double or triple glass from 24 mm to 60 mm in the AKI system;

Filling for double or triple glass up to 34 mm in the AKI 3D hidden leaf system;

Mobile hoops of straight line, curve or tradition;

Movable hoops with double squares to mount the square frame;

Straight line inverter profile.

Dimensioning and maneuverability

Minimum-maximum sheet dimensions: 457 mm-1700 mm (W); 600 mm - 2700 mm (H);

Opening possibilities: fixed, inner stop 1 or 2 leaves with oscillating-stop, outer, tilting, projecting, pivoting, harmonium and parallel oscillating

Tightness ensured by triple joints in EPDM.

Certified system by laboratory notified for initial type tests (ITT) according to the product standard EN 14351 of CE marking
